Brian obtained his Law degree and Bachelor of Science from the University of Otago in 1978 and his family has strong allegiances to the Tauranga region having lived there for over 100 years.
Brian has practised in both Australia and New Zealand and has a broad grounding in all areas of legal practice specialising in Commercial and Company law, Property Acquisitions and Development, Intellectual Property and Franchising.
Brian's recreational interests include diving, game fishing and sailing.
