Nikki Burley

Nikki graduated from the University of Otago in 1980, spent a year in Christchurch and then a couple in England.

On her return to New Zealand, Nikki and her family settled in Tauranga. Initially, while the family was young, she lectured in Company, Business and Commercial Law at the Bay of Plenty Polytech.

Nikki recommenced law practice from the Harrington House offices in 1990.

Nikki's areas of interest and expertise are in Property Law, Trusts, Succession and Business Planning and Company Law. She has experience in Employment Law and a particular interest in mediation and dispute resolution generally.

Nikki is an accredited mediator on the LEADR panel and has experience in representation of parties at mediation.
